Hooray we have our 12th cleanroom

Expanding our production capacity 

Following our tradition of naming our production cells after Derbyshire towns, Rivers, and Landmarks we are proud to announce the opening of our latest cleanroom, the Ashbourne.

This latest cleanroom gives us an additional 2300 sqft of Class 8 cleanroom production space which will host P5, our newest pouch machine. P5 joins our three existing machines in this state-of the-art controlled environment. Relocation of our pouch machinery in turn creates space in the Derwent cleanroom for our 7th narrow web thermoforming machine, T9. 

With the addition of both the new Pouch machine and new Thermoforming line our production capacity will increase by more than 10%, meaning we are able to continue to offer the short lead times and service our customers enjoy.
