Riverside Medical Packaging Company is home to a deluxe ultrasonic cleaning suite fed by our in-house generated reverse osmosis (RO) water, a combination of 4 ultrasonic cleaning routes provides a final clean to a variety of products. The largest of our ultrasonic tanks are able to accommodate products up to 1000mm in length.
Through discussions with Riverside’s Validations and Projects teams, cleaning requirements can be established at the outset and, if required, a sample plan can be provided to ensure that customers products are fully validated to their specific cleaning cycle
Riverside Medical is equipped to clean both low and high volume products, having both manual and fully automatic processes.
For many products this is the final process prior to packaging and gives added assurance of near zero contamination and bioburden.
